Fluttering Families is hosting the Kaleidoscope 5K for Special Families, a 5K run/walk on Sunday, June 26 as part of the Charity Day 5K at Genoa Park downtown to raise money to support our mission of providing support and advocacy to families of children with special needs.

In the past year, we have served nearly 500 families in providing opportunities for them to participate in typical childhood events like visits with Santa Claus, a Sweetheart Dance, and an Easter Egg Hunt. Our goal is to help families experience childhood in the same way that they would have if their child(ren) were typically-developing. It is our belief that every family deserves the right to experience the joys of raising their children, regardless of their child’s challenges or needs.

We are writing to ask you and your company to be a corporate sponsor for the Fluttering Families Team at the Charity Day 5K. This format will allow your company’s information to be shared to more than 1,000 participants. Your sponsorship helps to defray the cost of being a partner in the event and contributes toward our fundraising goal of $6,000.

There are two levels of sponsorship your company can consider: $1000 and $500.

$1,000 donation

• Recognition on all Fluttering Families race advertisements including posters, brochures,
  web site, and social media
• Logo placement in all Fluttering Families emails through end of year
• Distribution of your promotional materials at our race tent
• Five (5) complimentary race entries

$500 donation

• Recognition on our team web site
• Distribution of your promotional materials at our race tent
• Two (2) complimentary race entries
